Frequently asked questions

What does 999.- include?

A website (pages and content as you specify), responsive design, SSL, SEO-friendly build, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, daily backup, PDPA consent, and a Facebook Page / LINE OA if you don't have one, per year. Not included: the domain (.com 490.- first year, then 799.-/year; ask us about other extensions), company email, and content edits after launch (add-on plans or 199.- per edit). While we build, revisions are unlimited until you're happy.

Do charities or foundations have to pay?

Charities and foundations that meet our criteria can use the service for free. Please Chat with us to check eligibility. No need to fill in the sign-up form.

I don't have a Facebook Page or LINE OA. What now?

We create them for you as part of the 999.- package, at no extra cost.

Do I have to buy the domain from you?

No. There are 3 options: use yourshop.thumweb.com for free, use a domain you already own, or buy one through us when you sign up. If you buy with us, we manage it through Cloudflare and set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for free.

Is company email included?

Company email isn't included, but if you buy your domain with us, we set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for free.

How do I pay?

With PromptPay during sign-up. Scan the QR and we'll confirm your payment.

What happens after a year?

We remind you before renewal. Pay with PromptPay to renew; nothing needs setting up again.

How many revisions do I get while you build?

Unlimited, until you're happy and approve. Each round is done within 2 business days, within the scope of the agreed brief.

My website is live. How do I get content changed?

Edits after launch aren't part of the 999.- package. There are 3 options: Monthly Update 499.-/year (once a month, 12 a year), Unlimited Update 999.-/year (as often as you like), or 199.- per edit. Send us the details on LINE or by email and we'll make the change within 2 business days.

Can I add pages or change the design later?

Yes. It counts as an edit after launch: use your Monthly / Unlimited Update, or pay 199.- per edit. For bigger jobs, such as a full redesign, we agree the scope and price with you before we start.
