Terms of service

1. Service and price

• The 999 THB a year package includes a website, hosting, SSL, daily backup, basic SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, PDPA consent, and a Facebook Page / LINE OA if you don't have one, as described on our services page.
• Not included: the domain (.com 490 THB for the first year, then 799 THB a year; other extensions quoted case by case), company email, and content edits after launch (see section 5).
• The website's pages and content follow the brief you send us before we start, with no limit on the number of pages.
• If you choose yourshop.thumweb.com there is no domain fee. The name must not already be in use, and we confirm it with you before going live.
• Prices shown are final. We may change the price for a future renewal with at least 30 days' notice.

2. Payment

Pay in full with PromptPay before work starts. Send us the transfer slip and we will confirm receipt.

3. Timeline

We deliver the website within 2 business days of receiving complete information (or finishing the phone interview). If information is late or incomplete, the timeline moves accordingly. The 1-year term starts on the day we hand over and you accept the work.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, images and text that you have the right to use, without infringing anyone's copyright or other rights.
• Content must not be illegal, misleading or harmful, and must not contain pornography or promote illegal gambling. We may refuse or suspend websites that break this rule.
• Keep any login details we give you confidential.

5. Revisions and edits

• While we build (before you approve): unlimited revisions until you're happy, within the scope of the agreed brief. Each round is done within 2 business days.
• After launch: edits are not part of the 999 THB package. There are 3 options: Monthly Update at 499 THB a year (once a month, 12 a year), Unlimited Update at 999 THB a year (no limit), or pay-per-edit at 199 THB per edit.
• Adding pages or changing the design after launch counts as an edit as above. For larger jobs, such as a full redesign, we agree the scope and price with you before starting.
• We complete edits within 2 business days of receiving full details (and payment, for pay-per-edit).
• Mistakes on our side that don't match what you sent us are fixed free of charge and don't count towards your plan.

6. Domains, email and ownership

• Domains bought through us are registered in your name. We help with setup and renewal reminders; if not renewed, a domain may expire and be lost.
• The content, logo and images you send us remain yours. The design and code we create may be used for your website for the length of the contract.
• We may show your website as an example of our work; you can ask us not to at any time.

7. Service levels and limits

We aim to keep your website online continuously and back it up daily, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions from events beyond our control, such as internet provider or data-centre problems or cyber attacks. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for that year and excludes business losses or lost income.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• Before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund (excluding any domain already registered).
• After work starts: fees are not refunded because we have already started working for you, unless we are unable to deliver.
• If you don't renew at the end of the term, the website is taken offline and we keep your data for 90 days in case you want it back.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend the service with notice if you breach these terms, don't pay, or publish illegal content. You may cancel by telling us in writing (LINE or email); this does not entitle you to a refund for the period already used.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. In a dispute, both sides will first negotiate in good faith; failing that, the Thai courts have jurisdiction. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy
